1/4 cup organic plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup organic sour cream
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
1 teaspoon dill, chopped fresh or dried
2 large cloves garlic, smashed and minced very fine
Sea salt to taste
Lots of fresh ground black pepper to taste
Whisk together well.
Goes great on a salad of baby Spring greens, shredded carrots , and sugar plum tomatoes. Easy and delicious!
